Health information
Thai law treats allergies and dietary conditions as sensitive. We ask for this separately, on the form that collects it or on your account page — never in a banner.
Allergies and dietary needs
If you tell us about allergies, medical conditions or nutrition goals so we can keep the wrong food away from you, that is health information, and Thai law treats it as sensitive. We only store it if you explicitly say we may, and you can withdraw that at any time — though we then cannot warn you about ingredients.

5 things we do not ask about
We cannot run the shop without these, so there is no choice to offer. We tell you about them instead.
Making the site work
A cookie that remembers your basket and keeps you signed in, and a record of sign-in attempts so we can spot someone trying to break into an account. Without these the site cannot function.

Taking and delivering your order
Your name, contact details and address are used to cook, pack and deliver what you ordered, and to tell you where it is.

Finding your door

Keeping the shop secure
We keep a record of staff sign-ins, of who looked at customer records, and of anything unusual, so a break-in can be detected and its scope established. The record holds identifiers, times and counts — never the contents of your order.

Records we are required to keep
Invoices, payments and refunds are kept for the period Thai tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed. Asking us to erase your data does not remove these — it removes your name from them.
